WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE CM DESIGNS?

It's a fair question, and we feel that everyone should have the right to know whom and where their designs come from. Often times, a landscape company will either contract a landscape architect (sometimes called a "designer"), or some companies have an architect on payroll. They will meet with the client, get a rough estimate for the footage and dimensions, and give the details to the architect for them to create the design, or layout of the landscape. This can include anything to beautify the landscape; such as trees, ferns, hedges, bushes, flowers, and in more intricate plans, things such as lighting, structures, irrigation systems, and pathways, bridges, and more!

Once the architect receives the "rough idea" from the landscape company, he/she must utilize and effectively execute a plan, or blueprint if you will, regarding the proper placement depth, height, location, and systems, all within a certain space, and most times, within a certain budget. The architect must have extensive knowledge of different species of plants, both perennial, biennial, and annual. They must know what grows in what climates, and the average pricing for each of these plants. They must be able to effectively inform a client if the soil is too dense, loose, moist, ill-nourished, and many other variables.

If the architect doesn't plan effectively and correctly, the result could be a ton of wasted money. Most landscape companies don't care what is installed, so long as they make a profit from the labor. Most times, the price of the design is included in the quote you are given, which can cause a drastic increase in price for the project. If you've ever seen a project and thought to yourself "The labor is pretty cheap, why is this so expensive?" It could very well be the architect behind the board.

THE AVERAGE CONSERVATIVE PRICE FOR A PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL LANDSCAPE DESIGN IS $1200. WE WILL NEVER CHARGE ANYWHERE NEAR THAT.

Before you trust a company's team of architects, ask yourself, would you take a chance and spend $1,200 on a project (plus labor cost and materials) to erect a beautiful landscape that may ultimately die within the first month or two? We didn't think so. Since we do not provide the installation, travel costs, or other expenditures, we do not see money from it. Therefore, we are not biased to weigh anything but the best interests of the client, and to ensure lasting beauty. We are more affordable than any landscape design expert in the state of Oklahoma, and we guarantee your satisfaction with our designs.
